I've always tried to go

expected

me

end

Nobody had ever told her.

Your way begins on the other side.
Become the sky.
Take an axe to the prison wall.
Escape.
Walk out like someone suddenly born into color.
Do it now.

Hire curious people.

We grow to the extent that we are around those who will foster our growth. (Period.)

Create a physical environment that (a) lets people express their personalities, (b) allows project teams to form at a moment's notice, (c) encourages getting together and hanging out, and, (d) aggressively snubs traditional functional groupings.

Do something ... in the next half hour! Don't let yourself get stuck! There is ... ALWAYS ... something little you can start/do in the next thirty minutes to make a wee, concrete step forward with a problem-opportunity.
